REFUNDS - What if I still have visits or a credit left on my account?

Any remaining credit after 11/9/23 will be refunded to the original card used for the payment. A Refund receipt will be emailed once the transaction is processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You may email hello@tranchiro.com to inquire for more details

RECORDS - How do I get my records and x-rays?

Email hello@tranchiro.com to request records. Please include your first name, last name, and date of birth.

Will there be another chiropractor taking over?

No. Our tenant neighbors, Go Pin Pro, will be expanding into the space. We have a list of chiropractic referrals here.

Is Dr. Tran working somewhere else?

He is joining a medical group in Nevada.
